May 2022 Update, April 28, 2022

TAP CAP LIFTED, RESTRICTIONS STILL IN PLACE

North Weld County Water District no longer has a cap on the number of taps allowed to sell per year but restrictions are still in place regarding zones and new development.

TAPS SALES

The District is only selling taps in Zones 1, 2, 7, and 7B to potential customers who have an existing water service agreement (like in a subdivision) or a valid letter of intent.

WELL RELEASES

The District is still granting customers well release letters regardless of zone or letters of intent/water service agreements. Customers simply need to make a direct request to the District. We are not accepting Water Tap Request Forms.
