NOTICE is hereby given that an independent mail ballot election will be held by North Weld County Water

District, County of Weld and Larimer, State of Colorado (the “District”) on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

This election will be conducted as an independent mail ballot election only. Mail ballots will be mailed to eligible electors between April 14, 2025 and April 21, 2025.
